Karen works with her athletes to help them recognize that pain free activity can increase their quality of life and extend their period of participation on the court. Karen enjoys a very active lifestyle and is an avid tennis player. She competes through the USTA leagues and is always looking to improve her game. In addition, Karen holds a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. You can contact Karen at chirofitness@chirofitness.net.
