Absolute Requirements:
- Degree from accredited college or university in medicine, kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, athletic training, nutrition, physical education or a health-related field
- Letter of recommendation from two iTPA certified members or one iTPA Fellow
- Submit one curriculum vita consisting of distinguished, professional service and contributions to iTPA and the tennis industry
- Pay a $100 one time application fee
Professional Contribution Requirements:
- Candidates must have demonstrated an exemplary record of service and leadership to the iTPA and/or the tennis industry from a physical training, sport science and/or medical perspective.
